Radiant Heart Living Yoga & Fitness classes are designed to keep your heart bright while sustaining your mind, body, heart, and spirit. My intention is to help you stay aligned with your life’s purpose as you cultivate balance, strength, clarity, and joy. Each class calms the mind, supports the body, uplifts the spirit, and nurtures deep healing and wellbeing.
As a seasoned holistic wellness professional, I weave over three decades of experience in yoga, fitness, and healing into every class I offer. From energizing vinyasa flow to heart-centered meditation, adaptive yoga, and joyful dance fitness, I create experiences that nurture the whole self.
These offerings are available in Bay Area clinics, retirement centers, hospitals, community centers, churches, veterans facilities, and more. I also provide private sessions, custom classes, and wellness consulting to support individuals and groups in living from the radiant heart.
I bring my background as a wellness consultant, physical trainer, and intuitive healer into everything I teach and design programs that meet you exactly where you are. I offer six core styles of yoga & fitness—Flow Yoga, Heart Yoga, Disco Fitness, Guided Meditation, Brain Yoga, and Multi-Sensory Yoga & Fitness—each tailored to meet the needs of diverse individuals and groups.

Custom-Designed and 1:1 Classes
I design custom programs for individuals and groups. With certifications in yoga, fitness, and sports medicine (NASM, Yoga Works, It’s Yoga SF), I create classes that meet specific needs—whether it’s chair yoga for seniors, stress management workshops, recovery support for chronic illness, or adaptive yoga for trauma and disability. Classes can be held in studios, parks, workplaces, hospitals, community centers, or retreat settings.
Whether you’re looking for personal growth, group classes, or specialized wellness sessions, I offer custom-designed classes and one-on-one sessions to meet your needs, including vinyasa yoga and heart-centered practices, stress management and resilience training, chair yoga and adaptive fitness, multi-sensory yoga for autism and special populations, meditation and breathwork sessions, chronic illness and injury recovery, and trauma-informed yoga and wellness programs, all designed to support your health, joy, and purpose.

My Radiant Flow Yoga is a vinyasa-style practice that blends movement, breath, and meditation into a fluid heart-centered experience. Each class is designed with a theme and custom tailored with affirmations to keep your heart open and in alignment with your mind, body, and spirit. This practice is great for maintenance, mobility, and everyday wellness. Classes are accessible for all levels and can be held in yoga studios, parks, company facilities, retreats, and more.

Heart Yoga is a restorative, yin-inspired moving meditation that helps you go deeper into your heart center while strengthening awareness of the body-mind connection. The purpose of Heart Yoga is to help you release, let go, relax, clear blockages, and refuel your heart center. Through yoga poses, breathwork, chakra clearing, and guided meditation, I help you cultivate peace, clarity, and inner light. The heart is the epicenter where your body, mind, and spirit align. This practice is designed to keep in harmony with your heart’s path.

Radiant Heart Chair Yoga offers an uplifting way to experience the whole body benefits of yoga, without needing to get down on a mat. Perfect for all ages, abilities, and settings, these sessions weave gentle movement, breathwork, and mindfulness to build strength, flexibility, and recharge your heart center! Chair Yoga can be enjoyed one-on-one, in groups, or adapted for workplaces, community events, and made accessible for all populations, bringing the heart of yoga to every body, everywhere.

Designed for anyone, but especially supportive for those healing from traumatic brain injury or stroke, this class adapts the multi-sensory formula of gentle yoga, guided meditation, breathwork, and music to create balance in the brain. Brain Yoga nurtures the nervous system, promotes accelerated healing, and helps you rebuild confidence as you move through the recovery process.

I call Multi-Sensory Yoga the “Yoga for Everyone” because it was created to reach communities that often don’t have classes designed for them. While I originally developed it for individuals with autism and developmental disabilities, it has grown into a gentle yet powerful healing practice that supports the elderly, people with special needs or injuries, caregivers, heart patients, individuals recovering from brain injuries, veterans, trauma survivors, and those healing from addiction.
In each session, I weave together gentle movement, tactile therapy, sound therapy, guided meditation, creative visualization, unique breathing techniques, and aromatherapy. This multi-layered approach calms the nervous system, uplifts the spirit, and creates space for true healing and a deep sense of wellbeing. Whether practiced on a mat or in a chair, these classes are accessible to all levels and abilities, and always designed to meet people exactly where they are.

In these sessions, I create a sacred space using guided meditation, a theme or passage, affirmations, sound cues like bells, curated heart-centered music, and aromatherapy. Together we practice grounding, centering, and breathwork to quiet the mind, nurture self-love, and guide you deeper into your heart. In the silence between affirmations, you’ll naturally drop into heart-centered awareness, and at the end there is space for open sharing if you feel called. These practices bring clarity, intuition, balance, and harmony with your soul’s true purpose.
