Information you give me

Newsletter sign-up. If you subscribe for class updates, blog releases, newsletters, and promotions, I collect your name and email address. They're stored in my Squarespace account and used only to send those emails. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, or you can email me to be removed.

Class sign-ups and session requests. When you sign up for a class or request a session, I collect your name, email, phone number (optional), the service and dates you're interested in, and anything you choose to tell me. If you share health or physical information so I can adapt a class for you, I use it only for that purpose and keep it confidential.

Emails and calls. If you contact me directly, I receive your contact details and whatever you choose to include, and use them to reply and schedule.

Payments. Class payments can be made through Venmo, a separate service run by PayPal, Inc. Information you enter there is handled under Venmo's privacy policy. I receive your name, Venmo username, and payment details so I can confirm your spot.

Information collected automatically

Cookies and analytics. This site is hosted by Squarespace. Some cookies are always used because the site needs them to work securely. Analytics cookies, which help me understand visits (pages viewed, general location, device and browser type, and how you arrived), are only used if you accept them in the cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time using the Cookie Preferences link on the site.

Spam protection. My forms use Google reCAPTCHA to block spam. reCAPTCHA collects information about your device and how you use the page, which is subject to Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

Fonts. The site's fonts are loaded from Adobe Fonts, which may receive your IP address and basic browser information when the page loads.

How your information is shared

I don't sell or rent your personal information, and I never share it with third-party vendors for their own marketing. It's shared only with the services that run this site and my business: Squarespace (website hosting, forms, newsletter, analytics), Google (reCAPTCHA), Adobe (fonts), and Venmo (class payments). I may also disclose information if required by law.

Your choices and rights

Unsubscribe from emails at any time using the link in any email.

Ask to see, correct, or delete the information I hold about you by emailing cynthia@radiantheartliving.net.

Manage cookies through the cookie banner or your browser settings.

Do Not Track: this site does not change its behavior in response to browser Do Not Track signals. Analytics cookies are only used if you accept them.

Links to other sites

This site links to Disco Fitness, Instagram, Facebook, and other sites I don't control. Their own privacy policies apply when you visit them.

Children

This site isn't directed at children under 13, and I don't knowingly collect information from them.

Changes to this policy

If I update this policy, I'll post the new version here with a new "Last updated" date.
