Radiant Flow Yoga is a vinyasa-style practice that blends movement, breath, and meditation into a fluid heart-centered experience. Each class is designed with a theme and custom-tailored with affirmations to keep your heart open and in alignment with your mind, body, and spirit. This practice is great for maintenance, mobility, and everyday wellness. This class is offered weekly, every Wednesday from 6-7 pm at St. John’s - Fireside Room in Berkeley from 6-7 pm. $15 sugg. donation. Bring a mat and/or blanket. All levels and abilities welcome - some foundational understanding of yoga is helpful. Please let me know upon arrival if you have never attended a yoga class before. See you there!
