Disconnection happens to all of us, and it’s nothing to be ashamed of—it’s often a survival strategy.
There are so many reasons we become disconnected: trauma, negative thought patterns, cultural pressure, shame, chronic stress, fast-paced living, or simply trying to survive our modern world. Often we grow discouraged about how our body feels or looks. Some days, life hits hard, and our spirit wants to float away.
But disconnection isn’t permanent. Your body has never left you—it’s still here, ready for you to come home. Reconnection is a brave and powerful act, and it’s often the first step toward true freedom.

4. Why I Do This Work
Because I’ve lived it.
Over 30 years ago, I was chronically ill, injured, and immobile. Western doctors had no solutions. It was a dark time, but I chose to get better—and that choice began my healing journey.
It took me decades to feel safe in my body, to stop overriding its signals, to listen and live from within. That journey changed everything.
Now, I hold space for others so they don’t have to walk that path alone. I’ve mapped the terrain. I’ve tested the tools. And I’ve seen, time and time again, that healing is possible.
Every session, every conversation is a reminder that the body is sacred. I do this work not just for others—but for myself, too. It helps me remember what matters. It helps me stay grounded in my own truth.

7. Why I’m the Right Coach for This Work
I’ve spent the last 30+ years healing my own body, and I’ve devoted my life to helping others do the same. My work is a blend of lived experience and professional training in yoga, somatic movement, breathwork, trauma-informed healing, and intuitive wellness.
My journey began not from theory but from necessity. I’ve walked through illness, injury, and deep emotional disconnect—and I found my way back. That means I don’t just know the path. I’ve walked it.
I founded Free Motion, Cross-training for the Soul, Divine Purpose for the Soul, and Your Soul’s Blueprint because people saw the results in me and wanted guidance for themselves. Since then, I developed Radiant Heart Living as an umbrella organization and have supported hundreds of clients in reconnecting to their bodies, regaining trust, and living aligned with their truth.
My approach is honest, compassionate, and deeply intuitive. I offer real, sustainable support—not quick fixes. I help you remember how to feel good in your body, so you can live fully and freely as yourself.
